emodel.com, Options Talent Group
To Whom It May Concern:
Unfortunately, I am one of those people that was recently
scammed by Options Talent.
I looked on the BBB before I signed on with them, but
I did not find any complaints. I did not see your website
until I had already forked over $495.
I am outraged at the company's high-pressure sales tactics,
and their exploitation of people who know nothing about
the modeling industry.
Is there anything I can do to expose them for who they
really are?
Thanks,
T.Y.
T.,
There are a few options for people who feel they have
been the victim of a modeling scam.
In this case the first thing you could do is ask for
your money back.
If they refuse, email the president of the company:
Mark Tolner - mtolner@optionstalent.com
If the president does not respond within a reasonable
time, or refuses to refund your money, then you can take
further action.
Clearly, as you first looked up Options Talent at the
Better Business Bureau, and made a decision because nothing
was there, it would be worth filing a complaint at the
BBB, perhaps the sooner, the better.
If the media was involved in advertising Options Talent,
tell them your story. They could pull the ads and run
a feature story about the company.
An investigative reporter from a channel of Fox News
in a large city wrote last week saying they were conducting
an investigation of Options Talent Group, had reviewed
this website, and planned to air the report soon. He
was actually looking for stories from his city, the same
type you could give to yours.
Additionally, you could pick and choose from other options
noted on the Victims
page.
